Just wanted to ask if anyone else out here has tried baking cookies in a turbo broiler? I happen to prefer the method, and find that the finished product is chewier and cooking time is a bit faster. Or is it just my imagination?

I had to look that up, but I do know it as a table top convection oven.

My father in law had one years ago and really liked the way it baked biscuits (the American version not the British ones). He said it made them rise more and bake up fluffier than the regular oven. I don't remember what he said about the baking time.

I only ever used mine for chicken. sorry I never thought to try anything else in it, but it did a wonderful job of cooking.
