My daughter & I made the rounds in the gardens this evening & found a beautiful hibiscus blooming and the first nice peonies I've had in years (I sprayed for thrips this year!).

Such pretty color. My hibiscus won't be around for a while yet. For now I'll enjoy others. Thanks

Yes indeed, you have 'two' beauties in the garden. Beautiful flowers and a beautiful, adorable little model smelling the flowers!

I love peonies and hibiscus so you've got my attention. And your daughter looks like a sweetie. Thanks for sharing.

Tell your daughter that she is lovely in mom's garden of beauties. I love to take my girls in the garden with me. Your plants are lovely and is that a hardy hibiscus in bloom already? Wow the weather must have been good in your area. I am on the search for at least two hardy hibiscus' and have not found them yet. The blue blooms in the background are nice looking too.

Thanks! Actually, it's Daddy's garden. The blue blooms are iris, which are purple, but look blue in the twilight. The hibiscus is a newly-purchased tropical hibiscus. I do have the hardy kind, but they are just barely coming through the soil now.
