Just thought I would share these photos with you! This was a beautiful butterfly that was very attracted to my car! I saw it a few times and finally captured it with my camera!
That truly is a big, beautiful butterfly! I've no idea what it's called, but I enjoy seeing it. The blue matches your car, maybe it's a very vain butterfly?

That is a pretty one. Supposedly they range this far west, even to Arizona, but I have yet to see one.
I think so Deanna. I would see her around my door on way out of the house or just around the yard and she would always fly away so quickly. This day...she knew I was there but did not leave until I started up my car! I felt kind of bad!

That is a really beautiful butterfly! The blue of the car matches so well with the butterfly, wow! I only saw a few butterflies this year, and one of them, my cat caught and ate..it was a big one too.....
I can't wait to see butterflies again. I'll have to be content watching the chickadees, nuthatches, and (unfortunately) red squirrels at my bird feeders until May comes around again.
