Bed time stories galore

I thought I'd translate a nice, Norwegian troll tale for you, but it turns out that somebody already did, and published it online. I stumbled across it when trying to find some scary photos.

May I suggest Tale 33 - the Ashlad is a recurring figure, since incidentally this was the tale I wanted to start with. Enjoy yourselves! It's way past my bed-time now, so no bed side story for me today. :'(
