At 1 pm it is 76 and going to 80 or better before dark. I have windows open and shorts and T shirt on. But it's been a busy day too. Had to go into the hospital to give blood at the lab for tests that 2 Dr. wanted. It had to be fasting blood work so I went in at 6 am when they first opened. On the way home I got a coffee and something to eat. Came home and fixed a flat tire on the wood splitter and then got it started and it's all ready to go for the season. Then I mowed the yard and the grass is all even now and I had the mulch plug in so all of the winter trash is mulched and the yard looks so nice. I still had some energy left, so I put up tomato cages for the lillys up at the front porch. They are coming up, so I knew where to put them. Also put up a cage around the huge fall aster to. Then I was out o energy, so now it's nap time!

It is definitely Air Conditioner time around here, mid-80's again today. I want to know what happened to Spring here, we seemed to have jumped to early summer already.

After days of rain and cold its finally nice here too. I just hope its not some terrible April Fool's prank on Mother Nature's part ;) Either way, can't beat how nice it is :)

Wow Capt! You sure got a lot done no wonder you needed a nap!
I've been busy raking out all the gardens and lawn too. The weather here has been amazing :)

Wow...lucky you. I enjoy mowing the lawn. Don't work too hard now and just sit back and enjoy your beautiful yard...

Today is supposed to be just like yesterday, except a little warmer. But I think I overdosed on sunshine and fresh air yesterday. So I am just going to take it easy today and rest up. Not a whole lot to do anyhow!
