Hi all from the San Francisco Bay Area -- the east side of the bay!
Well, my first attempt at bell peppers and I have two beautiful ones almost ready to harvest (one on a "yellow" plant... the other on a "red").
I have two new growths on a "red pepper" plant but these have brown color ("spots" really is correct... its discoloration (only - not soft, not rough feeling, just discolored) on the upper part of the pepper. I tried to include photo but file was too large. The discoloration is almost purple in color and does not extend into the "groves" of the pepper - just the high parts - on the top (closest to the sky). Any help would be great!! Thanks in advance!
