I was wandering what the best way to dry green beans or any other veggie plant that I have that I would like to replant next year without buying new seed packs every year? Thanks

I would just leave them on the plant and let them dry naturally.

What about things like collie flower, Broccoli, squash, and onions as well as a few others? I have never seen them go into seed sense I have eaten them when good for the picken.

I have never grown Cauliflower or Broccoli so I am not familiar with whether you can harvest seeds from them or not. For Squash pick when ripe, take out the seeds and let them air dry. I think for Onions you will need to let one or two set flowers then harvest seeds like you would any other flower when it has died.

Great! Thanks! I will try and further look on broccoli and cauliflower... Do you not like them Toni? They tend to do better in cooler weather.

WOW! Sorry on your family missing out on my 2 favorites. But everyone has likes and dislikes! That is what makes us unique.
