They are huge and you can hear them plop onto the ground, no whispery flutter, just plop. It is also raining at the same time but more flakes than drops.

It won't stick and accumulate unless this continues into the night. But just watching it snowing is fun.

The temp is 34 now, down from 35 a few minutes ago so maybe, but I will not get my hopes up.

If it doesn't stick Toni you an always just sit and stare at your avatar. The snow you talk about sounds like hailstones.

No these are flakes, we had sleet earlier this afternoon. Hail stones come from warmer temps and green clouds....at least here they do.

The temp has dropped to 33.1

Oh and BTW, my avatar was taken on Feb 14, 2004 when we had 3 inches of snow on the ground :-D :-D :-D :-D

Most of our neighbors had not seen snow until less than 5 years ago. Most are from Mexico and other Central American countries.

I've got everything crossed for you Toni!!! I really hope your snow 'sticks' around for you to enjoy it to the full. :-D Strangely enough we've only had that one fall of snow here but you never know we may just get some more before winter leaves us.

If you want more snow Toni, I can ship you some. How much and where do I ship it too? After a week of it, I am tired of it already. Jan had 19 days with some amount of snow fall.

Hope you get all the snow you want Toni, just don't send it this way. We had some this morning and thankfully it was gone by noon. It's pretty to look at but that's about all I want.
