One of my customers is a landscaper. A couple of weeks ago, I saw him fussing with a leaf vacuum. I took a look, and helped him fix the problem he had with it. I also asked what he did with the leaves he picked up. Seeing as he dumped them in a pasture, I suggested he dump a load next to my driveway. I now have nearly 3 cubic yards of chopped leaves to spread. I'll have soil fit to grow potato's soon!!

Imagine a landscaper just dumping all those wonderful chopped up leaves. I'm glad you had the ingenuity to tell him to dump some for you to use. Three cubic yards should cover a fair bit of ground. :smt041 :smt041. Happy spreading!!

To those who do good, comes good. Your leaves are well-earned, and your potatoes will be so darned happy!

Good move. That stuff is so good for your soil.

FBG I can just here the worms in your soil enjoying all that great leaf litter. Next year you should have some really nice soil filled with worm poop. ;)
