Great to see those lovely birds Kildale. It is interesting to see the variations in species in different parts of the world, particularly the Robin and the Siskin.

Yes, I guess the robin over here is a lot different to the English robin.

I thoroughly enjoyed looking at all those birds Kildale. It's good to see what wildlife other countries have and be able to compare them with our UK species. :-D

Birds are just so sweet looking to me. I find it interesting that your robins stay around through winter. Here, the robins leave when it starts to get cool in the Fall and then come back in early Spring. This year, we had a snow in early March (not so common) and the robins were caught in it. They are the first sign of Srping to me. I am always excited to see the "first" Robin. What do they eat during the winter there?

Enjoyed your photos, as I'm a birder too! Our lake just broke open yesterday and I enjoyed watching the eagles today flying over the newly opened water.
