Just put a few of the birds that come to the deck in a little page, easier to see and don't have to attach to many. Just click Winter Birds
As I was looking at your photographs I was busy thinking to myself that they would make beautiful postcards. Then the crafter in me came right to the fore and I imagined them on calendars and greetings cards, the front of notebooks, framed up or even printed on T. shirts. I could have a whale of a time thinking up even more new ways to use them.
I do sell a lot of cards, I also use them on wooden products that I make. ( photo / image / picture from Kildale's Garden )
Great idea Kildale. I like the idea of making a desk tidy with your photographs on it. I have a feeling that those will sell like hot cakes. :-D
Loved the collection of photos. What a variety of birds you have in your yard. I'm not crafty, but I sure enjoy the photos :-D
I've just had a look at the new additions - gorgeous. Do you know how many species you have visiting you by any chance? I have around 25 but, somehow, I think you'll beat me hands down.
I have had 22 in one day. I usually have 15 to 16 everyday during the winter. We do get the females and the males though which really gives us a big veriety. We get quite a few others during the summer. Over the year I would think about 40. Here are those that stopped by for the water. I haven't managed to get photos of all of them.Birds and Water.
Loved that last pic of the photographer!!! I'd think I was in heaven if I could spend time around where you live. You have just sooo many different species that are unfamiliar to me. My camera would burn out with the amount of photographs I'd be taking but what a wonderful time I'd have.
The next-but-last one got me going. You've got some very photogenic birds, Kildale. I wonder what you dab behind your ears to make them pose for you like they do. Sunflower seed oil perhaps?
Whatever your technique it works exceeding well. Great pictures. I like these more than some bird books. Jerry
