Blooms & Birds in West Texas

    Tuesday, I found these tulips about to bloom, forsythia in full bloom and these robins in the yard. Today, I found the tulips blooming.

    Lovely tulips, they look good enough to eat! :D We've also got bloomin Forsythia, isn't that strange? I must say your robins look a lot different from ours.

    #3

    #3 is Forsythia. It is a shrub, which blooms yellow in Spring. Very common in North America.

    My forythia is in flower here too but I'm still waiting for my tulips to open.

    Those are really great pics, my tulips are just comming above ground, amazingly.

    Theres alot of birds here that are different from the states but called the same. One i see right now out my window, and will have to chase is the crow. in the states they are all black, here they are grey with black heads, wings and tail. I'll think of others but i need to get rid of the crows,,,lol.
