The flower garden is gradually approaching it's top point. If we can get some warm and dry weather soon I reckon it will zenith in about 2-3 weeks.
    Here's what's going on now.

    To begin with some overviews

    Aconitum bi-colour
    [IMG]
    Coriopsis

    'Black' Hollyhock
    [IMG]
    Clematis

I got this one with tiny flowers and a hanging neck so that I could see inside the flower when it grows high.

Hollyhock with an orange blow-in poppy. Sorry it's blurred, but the wind would not co-operate.

Very beautiful. By the way what are the yellow flowers just inside the gate? I can't wait till my black holly's come into flower maybe next year. Thanks for sharing.

PETUNIA: Those yellow flowers along the path are Coreopsis. A close-up is the 5th foto down from the top.
Thank you for the compliment. :)

Lovely! What else is there to say? You're way ahead of us. Our Aconitum and Phlox haven't thought of blooming yet.

So when you are picking your fruits and veggies, you look over that. Hope your bride is taking armfuls home to put in vases for you to enjoy when you aren't on the plot. It looks absolutely stunning Sjoerd.

Everything looks fabulous Sjoerd! I guess your gate managed to keep the bunnies out after all. Well done!

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Netty...don't let them hear you, they'll take it as a challenge. ;)

Thanks folks for all your encouraging and very nice comments about the flower garden. It helps knowing that others like the general looks of it too.

The strong winds have been threatening the taller plants of late. I hope that they can withstand it. I have had to stake a few.
