Blue bell flowers

    But i really dont think these are Bluebells are they :-?

    I'm leaning more towards... Hyacinthus orientalis
    it has a black stem and the blooms are close to the stem. The Blue Bell has a green stem with the buds hang further away from it.

    And don't forget that if you are taking the photos, one a little further away that shows the entire plant or at least some of the leaves makes IDing most plants a lot easier.

    Id say Hyacinth too. They smell so heavenly!
