Honestly, we are penniless at the moment, but my Uncle has offered us his appartment in Spain, Alicante, for a week in April for next to nothing, so mum has offered to pay the lions share for us, and this morning I booked 5 tickets on a plane to Alicante! (Of course, mum is coming also). So, I will be working all the hours to try and get enough money to have some spending money, so fingers crossed this darn snow will melt and the sun will shine and the weeds will grow to keep me busy.
I certainly wouldn't have passed up an opportunity like that EJ!! Now you all have something to look forward to and April isn't too far off. :-D Just remember to pack your camera so that we can all 'visit' Alicante when you get back.

You're absolutely right, EJ. One should grab an opportunity of a lifetime when you can. I had a lovely uncle leave me some money (a real uncle) and was going to pay bills when a neice talked me into going to Europe to meet some long lost relatives. I went and I can't tell you how it enriched my life. Have a ball - Ole!
I'm utterly thrilled for you! I have an aunt who only has who-knows-how-long to enjoy a trip so she, my uncle, my three cousins and their whole families, and her best friend & her family, all just blew off to Mexico together. Once in a lifetime! Take pictures for your own self, but do share any you can!
