    This brewers blackbird was in the water and its colors stood out more than usual. It is also not usually in the water.

    I didn't know that such a bird existed. It looks almost metallic doesn't it? That's what I like so much about your photographs - I learn something new almost every time you post.

    It is common around here and can be seen in parking lots quite often. I like to photgraph them though in more natural places, and the lagoon fits the bill.
