Hey GS Family...just wanted you all to know that I have been out of it for a while and will be homebound for 3 days because of Bronchitis...the doc was surprised that it wasn't pneumonia and I'm told I'm glad its not..even though I've had bronchitis before..it has never been this bad before..so just keep sending your pics and comments cuz i'll be reading in between naps.

Yes, get well quickly. Did you get anything for it? My neighbor has it and she has no voice. She's going to the doctor tomorrow. It's no picnic for sure. dooley
Hummerbum do you have any Mullen growing near you? It is great for helping to get rid of what you have. Read up on it. It's is really great for colds and helping to get rid of lung congestion. It might sound strange that you need to smoke it for your lungs. But it really does help. Hope your feeling better soon.
Get well soon! I have a jar of mullein that I dried this past fall, if you want some to try, but mine does call for making a tea out of it also. My daughter had a terrible cold a few weeks ago and I made her some, she said just tastes kind of different, but not horrible...PM me and I'll send some to you along with the instructions from my herbal book.
Yes i hope you are better. After being in hospital with pneumonia. It takes a while to strength back. One thing they told to drink power aid or gator aid. And not to drink as much coffee. And for while coffee didn't taste good. I drink lot of water now + Juices.
Thank you everyone for your wishes, prayers and suggestions. Today is the first time i drank coffee since Friday but not much of that at all...more water and juice.... I'm actually beginning to get my senses of smell and taste back today...it has been 3 days since i tasted something i ate...lol This was such a horrible ride this time around!!! My Goodness!!! I can actually hold a 2-3 min conversation without coughing..the congestion is definitely still there...they didn't know who i was when i called the office this morning...lol. Dooley: Yes I went to ER Sunday morning and have a breathing treatment, antibiotics, cough medicine and mucinex. tooty: I've never heard of mullein but i will read up on it since i love the natural things for colds, flu, etc. carolyn: I will definitely let you know after i read up on it. I love different teas. Thank you. Marlin: I will accept good wishes but the homemade chicken soup would help also....lol
