    Hi everyone

I've been trying to rescue this one for a while. It seemed to be going well but now the stem has turned brown and yesterday a healthy looking chunk just dropped off.

    Help!

I get that if I've overwatered my plants. Or it could be some sort of rot. Have you re-potted it?

Yeah I've recently re-potted it. I'm a chronic over waterer so that must be it!
    Cheers

Plus, this is a succulent (if I see properly) and needs less water than other houseplants, anyway :)

    Is it Kalanchoe blossfeldiana?
