I made this for Christmas dessert and it's to die for!

    Brownie Pizza Delite

Buy any brownie mix you prefer...mix as directed but reduce the amount of water...you want the mix to resemble a biscuit mix more than a cake mix.

Since this is supposed to be a "pizza" brownie you should opt for a round flat cooking surface like a pizza pan. Use parchment paper or grease the pan well. Spread brownie mix out evenly and cook until toothpick inserted comes out clean. (It won't take as long as the box says to cook for an 8x8 pan! Keep checking it!)

Topping as follows: mix all below and spread over cooled brownie.

1 8oz cream cheese (slightly warmed - so it stirs well)
1/3 to 1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla

    Next top as you desire...

I used peanut butter cups crushed...you can add nuts if the crowed likes them and then drizzle (do not pour!) chocolate (next).

    To make Chocolate Drizzle.

1 to 2 Tbs melted butter in a small sauce pan add 1/2 to 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips add a table spoon of hot water at a time until the mixture is "drizzle-able" (yes that is a made up word)

Drizzle over the entire brownie creation using a spoon.

    Enjoy!
