It got down to 46 deg F this morning. One town about 50 miles east of me was down to 38 F. We went into town to eat breakfas and get groceries and we had the heater on in the car.

I know what you mean! It was 72 degrees when we got up and had coffee on the patio. I nearly had to wear long pants! Right now it's hovering around 90 and I'm going to take off the mittens and earmuffs.
Just kidding--we'd be so happy to have a bit of cooler weather. It will come, but not as soon as yours will!

It was 9°C (about 48°F)here this morning.
The NW winds made it feel much cooler. I'm not ready for fall yet!
Capt - I saw a Wooly Caterpillar that had NO stripe...what does that mean?

What color was he? If he was all black, you are in a heap of trouble when it comes to snow! :)
Actually it means that he is one color!

Are you sure he was a Wooly Bear catapillar? I don't think I have seen one all one color before. Usually they are brown with a black band.

I've never seen one all brown either Capt, but I'm certain it was a Wooly Caterpillar! Maybe winter is going to skip Ontario this year? :D
