22 deg. F this morning with snow showers. This will be the first April Easter I have ever had to have a fire in the wood burner. It has been going non stop for the past 3 days. But I still have plenty of firewood from our mild winter!

 

Glad you have the firewood. Is the cat in his usual place behind the fireplace. Stay warm Capt.

 

Is this really April, or do I need a reality check. It seems like early January. It is 7° this morning, and snowing. The worst part is if you can believe the TV forecasters, there is no real end in the next 5 days.

 

Oh Capt I know you are sick of that stuff.I do hope its not like your snow when I get to Montana.

 

Same stuff here - just above 30 degrees now, snow on the ground and in the air.

 

Glendann, I talk to a guy in another forum that lives in Montana, up close to the Canadian border. His weather is about the same as here. He said a high of 41 today and about 3 or 4 inches of snow on the ground.

 

You can keep it waaaaaay over there thanks. It has been another glorious day here in Essex, spent the day creating our pond!
