Bugs with orange bodies, long black legs

    Good guys or bad guys? I found them congregating on the Dill out back this morning.

    Or it's a leaf-footed stink bug nymphs. That will kill tomatoes.

    I vote for leaf footed stink bug nymphs too. I hope your going to get rid of them. Nasty little beasties.

    Yep, that sure looks like my critters. Time to eradicate!!

    I do have two volunteer tomato plants not far from where they were and this year I want some tomatoes soooo.
    they were all still sitting on the dill, I caught them in a zip lock bag, closed it and beat them flat with a heavy object. Now they are in the trash can.

    Those bad bugs sure are neat looking. Glad you zipped them out of your garden. :stew1:

    How can you tell the difference from the Assassin and the Leaf footed? They look so similar

    All the photos of Assassin bugs showed them with striped legs but the Leaf footed has solid black like the bugs I found.
