My wife and I went out for breakfast just like every Sunday. Then to the Legion Hall to check on it after a rental on Sat. evening. Then to the grocery for food for this next week. Then at 11 am I had to go to the opening day of the county fair. The Legion sells harness racing programs as one of our money raising programs. So 3 hrs. in the hot sun selling them. By the time I got home at 3 I was pooped! But I big glass of iced tea got me going in time to grill steaks on the BarBQ.
Sounds busy, but still good. Do you know I had to leave behind a hosta called "Capt. Kirk" in Holland? I really wanted to bring it home but had no room for it.
Neither wonder you enjoyed your iced tea CK after 3 hours standing in hot sunshine. Glad you recovered enough to cook those steaks on the BBQ. :-D
The admission to the fair was free that day. We were selling the programs for $3. If we weren't so honest we could have made a batch of money, people kept wanting to pay us admission! :-
