buzz buzz buzz

    Not sure if this is a hover fly or a bumbly bee. It was very quick and had quite a high pitched buzz. Anyhow, whatever it is, I was very pleased to see it.

    I have a bloom on my Pulmonaria too EJ! I didn't see a bee on it, though.

    My neighbor's flowering cherry tree is blooming, and gorgeous, by the way. It was full of bees today. I couldn't tell what kind -- large, I think, like bumble bees. It was nice to see.
