Can I grow the Paeonia Lactiflora in a container?

    I bought a new Peony (paeonia lactiflora) and would love to grow it in a pot. Is that advisible? Or should I just put it in the garden/

    I actually wondered if Peonies do well in a container as I like the flexibility of moving it around. However, if it doesnt do well in a pot, I will plant it out.

    That makes sense. I have an azalea in a pot that I move around as the mood strikes me. If you decide to plant the peony in a pot I hope if works for you!
