Can't remember the name of this Herb

    I bought it, I planted it, I forgot the name of it. :eek: But luckily I will know the name when someone mentions it. I certainly thought I had stuck the name tag in the ground next to it but I guess I didn't. :rolleyes:

    I'll try and take a shot at this. Does it get a flower?? My guess could be Tarragon or if it gets a flower-maybe Lavendar.

    My first thought was Tarragon too, even if it is short.

    How does it taste? Or smell? Tarragon is a little sweetish, right?

    Tarragon doesn't 'ring any bells' The plant is a sprawler, non-flowering, has no fragrance at all and is planted in full sun so the sprawling shouldn't be from lack of enough sun.

    I think I am going to cut it way back, dig it up and put it in the bloom house until next spring then see what happens then. Maybe it will look more like itself :rolleyes:

    Do you still have this herb? It looks like my winter savory. Satureja montana. I put a picture of it in the plant section.
