I was a silly mistake of mine. What happened was that I forgot to set the 2 day expiration date on the poll, so the poll was still continuing to register votes. It would have done so forever

So the decider that is set up now will tell us the winner since it was set up after the 2 day period and before the third tying caption appeared.

Sorry for the mess-up all.

 

I meant to post earlier, that 4th vote on my caption did come in after you had set up the Decider vote...so that's no problem for me.
