We have a winner and that member is Ronni! Well done, looking forward to the pic for Caption Competition #345!
Way to go, Ronni! Yes, do pick a great photo for us all to make captions about. With your sense of humor and inventiveness, I bet it's going to be a great picture.
Thank you all. (Back in the day, I was a hippie….can you tell? ) OK I went looking for the rules for the photo submission and I wasn't able to find any, which I'm sure has more to do with my research skills than anything else. So here's my basic question….does it have to be a photo *I* took, or can it just be any photo that I think is cute? (and that is public domain, obviously, so that I can legally use it)
Hi Ronni, it doesn't have to be a photo you took (but that is ideal). The best way is just to search the web, for example 'funny cat photos', and if an image is displayed on one of those websites that collects these funny images then it is most likely safe to post it here also. However you can just send me the link to the website via PM and I can OK it for you.
Thanks for the info Frank. I think I have one of mine in mind but I'll also do some other checking…I want to find the exact right one!
OK, I found the one of mine that I had in mind, and just decided to use it. What do I do now? Send it to you? Or should I just start a new caption competition thread with all of the appropriate instruction from the last one?
