    Congratulations

That was a great picture and the caption fit to a tee!! Congratulations (I am not going to even try to remember how to spell your name). Does it have an English equivalent? I know the crass American wanting everyone to conform to them!!
Actually if you would send me the phoenetic pronunciation, I would learn something new. Thanks. diene (dee nee).

Heh heh... I do not know of an english equivalent. Sorry.
The transliteration would be something like this: shoe-rrd...or perhaps, shoe-erd., but said quickly not with a gap like where the hyphen is...as if it were one syllable, I mean to say.
The "sj" sound in Dutch is like "sh" in english. the "oe" sound in dutch is like double "o" sound (as in 'look') in english. So then: "Shoerrd"
    Does that help?
chuckle... this word must look like something from another planet to you...:)
