Sorry for making this so urgent but:

I put them in coffee filters last night and they sprouted BY noon today. It said 10 days so I am totaly unprepaired of course. Now I have to scramble to get my pots ready and figure out how to plant these tiny things in some peat moss in peat moss starter pots. Thankfully I have some peat soaked and ready to go as well as pots handy.

Anyone have advice on how to plant them in the peat correctly? Lay them on the surface and find some really light soil to cover them? Lay them on the top and let the roots bury themselves? The instructions say to barely press them into the ground so I am not sure how to proceed. I want to do some ASAP and I will leave some to get more roots on them and see how they do and if it is easier to plant them with more roots.

So much for having time to be ready and ask what needs to be asked.

The only Celosia I've grown from "start" are the "Rooster Comb". I didn't do much of anything to plant them... just pressed them gently into the soil and they just took off.
