    GORGEOUS, Gail! The butterfly is lovely and your pics are great. Did you enjoy tracking it to all the pretty places? I'm imagining you trekking around between bushes, here and there to catch the shot.

    Gorgeous butterfly! Even more gorgeous flowers! And still even more gorgeous photos! I never have a camera around when there's a butterfly posing.

    Just beautiful Gail, photos/blooms/butterfly. If they float around the the Giant Black it is amazing you ever caught it sitting still, you are very patient.

    I am on the far west edge of the Eastern Tigers range so they don't show up here, at least that I have seen. And the Western Tiger doesn't come over this far. So I am out of luck seeing them.

    I was going to say the exact word that kuntrygal said so DITTO.I have them here and have folloed a caught pictures of them.You really must be patient.Your photos are remarkable Gail.

    Thanks for all your comments and compliments. Daisy...I did spend about 20 minutes following the butterfly around the yard. My neighbors are use to seeing me chasing around the yard but I have to be careful not to distract the golfers. When I am outside I try and keep the camera handy.
