Beautiful - I love the creativity, like the little arbor with the chairs and the trellis to grow a shield that hides the air-conditioner. Wow!

    Thank you...

Thank you everyone! So glad you enjoyed visiting our gardens.

Olga emailed me from my web site and said to come on over to GardenStew. So thought I would check it out and found this post!

We have really enjoyed creating and adding to our gardens over the past 5 years. As you saw, if you visited our web site, there were no gardens when we bought the house. I am really looking forward to spring and also exploring GardenStew!

Magnificent - so glad you were able to know that it is being appreciated. And here I thought Wisconsin's winters would have made much of what I see too difficult to survive - I stand quite corrected!

Actually our winters can be quite cold. We had several weeks recently where the temps were -15 to -20 degrees below 0. I do very little winter protection in my gardens as my theory is "live or die, your choice". What I do try to do is find plants that will do well in our zone. Occasionally I will push the zone, but not often. Just this weekend we had a winter blizzard with snowfall of 20-22 inches. I was out taking pictures this morning. Not sure yet how to post pictures here, will have yet to check into how to do that.

I really do appreciate all the compliments from everyone! Thank you.
