Hello all I'm sorry I haven't been active here for awhile, we're still working on getting internet at our RV for during the week and when we are here we're garden cleaning and laundry.

I'm happy to say that the entire backyard is done, pictures to follow, mulched and reseeded, just needs to be rolled but the ground is too hard, need some more rain to saturate.

I have an enormous anthill... it goes from the stairs of my deck to the flowerbed and if it's not grass there, it won't survive. I put so far two bottles of ant killer (plant and wildlife friendly apparently) and while it's put a dent in the number of ants, there is still a lot of ants there.

I have a mystery plant that I need to stick in the ground it just started growing in a pot that got left out last fall. It doesn't look like a weed so we'll see what it looks like when it flowers.

My two of the three hollyhocks bloomed and while I like the dark purple almost black... I was hoping these would be the pink ones that got harvested from my grandmother's garden. One left to bloom and we'll see what colour it is.

I need to get back to the laundry I just wanted to check in, say Hi and I'm looking forward to being back here on a regular basis. I haven't forgotten y'all!

    Jenn :D

    Hi Jenn
It sure sounds like you have been busy! I look forward to your photos. The Ant's are bad here this year too...there seems to be new ant hills popping up everywhere!
