These plants were sprouted from a packet of cottage garden seeds I purchased at Walmart. I didn't know what they were and thanks to Dooley I now know their name!! Chenille Plants!!They are about 5 feet tall. I really like them they are so unusal. I have researched them and they are sometimes called Love Lies Bleeding also.
While I was out in the garden this morning I noticed one has a greenish bloom!! I don't know if the bloom will stay green or maybe white or pale yellow. I really look forward to watching it as it grows!!

Here are the ones with pink blooms.

Oh, please don't misunderstand - WalMart and Home Depot are my favorite places to shop!! Just never had any luck with their seeds but any other plants I've purchased there have done beautifully - it may not be a WalMart thing, probably its operator error on my part :(
