These birds are usually around Autumn thru Spring. My bird expert friend Stephen taught me how to call them. They'll fly right in front of your face They only get sunflower seeds.
Just to cute. I love them. They are the clowns of the bird family to me. I have never tried to feed them out of my hand. But with the weather we will be having I probably could get them to do just that. Are those pine nuts you are feeding them?
