Ok so i bought a magic plant from think gee.com and its awesome. my problem is this though it came in a small can and it defiantly did what it is supposed to it sprouted. but it sprouted quite a few stocks. i don't know if I'm supposed to cut away the weaker looking stocks or just cut open the can and re plant all of them into a bigger vessel. can anyone help me before i loose any of them or they all die. and how much watering do peppers like i know when the get older they like direct light right?

They look good. Take a pencil and "tease" the plants apart by digging gently down in the media. Lift them out by holding onto A leaf/cotyledon and lifting up with the pencil at the same time ( you don't want to pull off the cotyledon). OR turn the can on its side and tease the plants out. Have pots prepared with potting mix and replant each one. Give them away or plant them outside. They will need full sun, too. Don't over water. It won't hurt them to wilt a little before you water them, but try not to let them wilt them before you water on a regular basis, either. You can even set the pots in a shallow tray and water from the bottom, too. good luck.

Peppers like full sun, lightly moist soil, and hot days for best taste and heat. Like Carolyn said. My cayenne don`t even get warm as long as the weather is cool. But when the temp gets 85 and above they start to warm up.

Now is time to become a professional amateur gardener...start your very own pot ghetto. Those seedlings will look good in some pots. We all have them. Lots of plant starts in plastic pots...some of which have grown far beyond the start stage :D :D I am growing several veggies in pots this year because of my changing yard landscape.

I was also thinking these should be gently separated and trying to grow as individual plants.

I didnt know that is what my pot/tub/container collection was called. Thanks.

I have a tray of curly leaved parsley starts. Of course, all the seeds sprouted this time. Sometimes they never do, but this time they all sprouted. I am hoping to let them get a tad bigger before I start trying to separate them into individual pots.
