Just had to show you a photo of one of my clematis. It's definitely a good year I think, have not had such an abundance of flowers.

WOW, it is a good year for blooms in your garden!!! That is lovely.

Okay, now if you would please suggest the Clematis 'Comtesse de Bouchard' for our data base that would be greatly appreciated. ;)

Gosh your clematis really has put on a wonderful show. So many flowers and I can see that there are still plenty of buds yet to open. :-D

Thank you all for the nice comments. I wonder if it is a coincidence that this year it did not get pruned as much as I usually do, due to the fact that I have been unable to work in the garden much after my knee operation. I usually prune it quite hard back as I do with all my clematis. No doubt someone will tell me that I am doing the wrong thing :D

Hi GG--This is a particularly beautiful Clematis...even prettier than the pic shows (and this is an excellent pic).
What about all those blooms. I wish that I had room for another Clematis.

Most of my Clematisses have not bloomed yet, they are a tad late this year.

Anyway GG-- great foto and great choice of Clematis.
