    I have 15 or 16 species each day on the deck The kinglet is back and I have him eating off my hand.

    Gosh he's even smaller than I thought!! He seems to be enjoying his treat and certainly trusts you not to harm him.

    What a lovely photo! Do you talk to them in a wee voice? It's amazing how some critters will put their total trust in a particular person.

    Must admit I do, I usually want him to come to me so I go near a branch, as I did a few minutes ago and say, "Come on then, over here" and he comes to me.
