When you check on your greenhouse on a daily basis nothing seems to change but when you go away for a week,my goodness what a difference...such was the case when we were away.

This year I bought in some plug plants to compensate for the really wet and cold spell we had when seeds ought to have been planted.

In the week and a bit since we came back the bit of sunshine and warmth means that I have been able to move a couple of bits out side and more will go as soon as the danger of frost has gone.

PS: do you like my 'natural watering system"? where the rain gets in somewhere-well t saves me a job :D

Your stuff looks good. I know what you mean about being away and then coming back. Yes, you can really be amazed at how much things grow.
Well, another week or so and stuff can go out. Yippee!

Carolyn, the heart-shaped leaves are a few dwarf french beans.I always bring a few on in the greenhouse and then plant a few seeds at the same time as I plant them out for a bit of succession. We never get many but they certainly pack a tasty punch.

    Thank you CM.

Sjoerd, I do hope so but the weather seems to have rewound to autumn here with lots of rain and cold nights :-(

I know what you mean, KM--It is precisely the same here. It is putting a damper on my gardening and bee work. Fooey!
