Sure, that's what was meant! A tot of wine, or two or ten, sure improves the dish's taste, especially when you are face down in it!
First day of the shopping frenzy we went to the grocery store for a regularly scheduled weekly trip, put two boxes of wine (and yes we are not wine snobs we found what we like and it just happens to come in a box) a lady pointed to our cart, gave us a thumbs up and told us we were the only ones who had the right idea.
