We are in the process of choosing a carpet for our home. Initally we had chosen Westex Velvet, but were put off the reading about the possibility of pile reversal (and the cost). We also looked at Ryalux Simply Velvets, which was a lot cheaper than Westex. However, we still have the worry of pile reversal and have also been told that Ryalux is not as good quality as Westex. We have now been recommended Cormar carpets Town & Country Opulent 60oz carpet. This carpet seems OK, but we are concerned about the amount of "fluff" this carpet will give off. Does anyone have any advice for us? The carpet is for our bedrooms, upstairs landing and stairs.
