Last fall I bought 5 little crape myrtle trees from a yard sale. This was the last one to get leaves. I almost pulled it up. It's about two feet tall now and getting white flowers. I should have pulled the weeds before I took the picture. Aren't you glad you were patient and let the white crepe myrtle develop at its own pace! That is a lovely little shrub.
