Creeping vine, light purple flowers, star-shaped leaves

    I can't bear to pull it because it's pretty. The picture isn't great, but the tiny flowers are kind of bonnet/snap dragon-shaped. It's growing rapidly along my back door. Does anyone know what it is and if it's no good?

    If you were in Britain, then I would say it was Kenilworth Ivy or Toadflax. Proper name is Cymbalaria muralis.

    Toadflax for sure! Thanks a bunch. I think I'll keep it around, as we don't have any grass for it to kill. I wonder how the heck it got here?
