I do not have a large variety of crocuses, but the ones that are left are these. They give me enormous pleasure in the drabness of late winter - early spring...the bees too, it seems.

They are so bright and pretty! Thank you! I needed some brightness added to my day. I have been very remiss on planting any of the very early bulbs but I this fall I intend to add many of the small very early blooming ones. Chionidoxa luciliae (Glory of Snow), Eranthis hyemalis (winter aconite) and Galanthus nivalis (snowdrops) and Crocus.

You are so welcome, FRANK--We had a short period of sunshine and the sight of those crocuses in the sun brightened up my day as well.
Thank you for your very nice comments.

2OF--You have some good plans for planting bulbs this coming fall. I hope that you are able to do that as come spring, you will be so happy you did. I reckon it is still quite cold there in the Idaho mountains eh?

Thanks so much, NETTY--I know how nice it is to see colourful foto's when things are so sombre locally.

They're beauties! We've also got crocus but they refuse to show their faces since it's mostly gray and rainy outside.

Thanks so much, Droopy. I want to see your crocuses. When the sun comes out would you take and show piccies? I hope that the weather up there improves soon.
