Help me out with my brain cramp! My friend gave me these plants, and we talked about the one with the cute little red flowers. It didn't have a tag., but she told me it's name. Now I can not remember...
    Can anybody name this plant?

Your welcome, I knew it because I have grown it a couple of years but none of the garden centers had it for sale lately. I had hoped being this far south it would be a perennial but the last two winters didn't allow for that.

I never heard of Batface Cuphea before. They almost look like Salvia. I also see they have purple tongues so to speak. Very neat looking.

The leaves do sort of resemble a Salvia...
I am going to try for a better photo of the bloom when I get out with my camera again.

They are the cutest little flowers. My sis-in-law had some growing a few years ago... I tried starting one from a cutting back then but it didn't take. when I saw one on the mark-down rack the other day... no hesitation whatsoever in putting in my cart! :D

I love all the cupheas. Batface is so showy, you're gonna love it. I've had it come back from seed before.
