I don't mind red squirrels Tom and would much rather have them around than the greys we have here. They do so much damage in the garden - especially to newly sprouting bulbs. Great photograph btw. :-D
We've only got the red ones, and I like them a lot. Wish we had them closer to us, they're fun to watch.
Cute picture! We don't have red squirrels in Texas that I have seen. Just the old ugly grey ones, that remind you of their cousin ...the rat. Eileen you mentioned the red ones don't do as much damage as the grey. I thought they would all be the same as far as damage goes. Wonder why. But they are all fun to watch!!
Cutie for sure .Great shot Tom. We have red (we call fox squirrels) some black and the gray plus the little flying squirrels which glide not fly , but I don't get them in my yard no trees to talk about or for them to get away from the cats.
We don't get any red squirrels so it is nice to see one, I think they are all up in Eileen's part of the country
