Husband went to Daytona for bike week. Bought himself a Birthday present while there. Came home with this. What did I get? ( photo / image / picture from Donna S's Garden ) 2 weekends of hard labor ( photo / image / picture from Donna S's Garden )
WOW what a bike!! Doesn't seem right though that you had to endure two weeks of hard labour (no matter how enjoyable.) How about some new gardening tools?
Very nice. That is one beautiful machine. A couple of our church members went as part of a ministry team to witness to non believers. They have gone for several years and always have a good response.
Gorgeous bike! And that area of your garden is gorgeous too! I may have went for 4 weeks of hard labor however. I never have made it to Daytona for bike week. Did go to Sturgis once. Talk about an experience!
What a beauty. I see that he did get one with a confortable seat for you so I guess you can't really complain. I used to ride, about a hundred years ago (after my dinosaur died). I had my monkey then and she rode with me. When it was cold I would zip her up inside my jacket with just her head sticking out. She loved it. I stopped for gas the weekend of Daytona and there was a guy headed that way. He was an older guy, looked to be in his late sixties early seventies, silver hair to his shoulders. leather jacket, nice looking. I thought well you can forget about him cause he wouldn't be interested in anyone he had to help on the bike. When he started to get on his bike I almost ROTF. He had to lift one leg with his hand in order to get it over the bike seat. I could get on with less trouble than he had.......I think.......possibly......well maybe.........then again, maybe not. Anyway, I just wondered to myself "when do the real true bikers get to old to ride?" Or maybe the question should be not when do they get to old to RIDE but when do they get to old to CLIMB ON and OFF the bike. :-?
Wow!!! Cool machine ....wish I can have one too!!! These machines are so expensive here ...... big sigh!
