    Yes, the San Antonio Botanical Gardens http://www.sabot.org/. The gardens have areas representing each ecological area of Texas, as well as a garden for the blind (scented plants) and a lovely rose garden. Each time we visit San Antonio, we make sure to set aside a morning or afternoon to visit the gardens.

    It is not places that I meant, rather someone's nature site. Most botanical gardens are really not nature as most of the things on show are man made. This is Butchart Gardens and you can see it is man made, or in this case started by a woman. She took over a gravel pit.
