Do you have a woodchuck, racoon, rabbit, or deer problem?

Hi all. I had been having a woodchuck problem in our pole barn. Digging under the rubber mats in our horse stalls and getting in between the walls of the barn and stalls.
One day I was looking on the internet for a solution. I found an article about a product called; Shake away.
It is made out of Fox and Coyote urine and it is in a granular form. I found it at our local Fleet Farm store and went home and sprinkled it around the holes coming into the barn. Leaving one escape hole for the woodchuck to leave threw.
Next day NO woodchuck.I was so :-D . Now I just reapply the stuff every month or so with not more critters in the barn.
The one made our of Coyote urine says it works on deer. We live in the country but have no problem with deer. Only little furry critters.

Does this create a problem with the coyote in/near your barn? or do you not have a problem with them in your area? I thought about this for my chicken coop, but was afraid I would draw the more adventurous ones on to our property.

No we haven't had any coyote's visit our area because of the urine we have sprinkled around. It only drives the critters away that think they might become coyote lunch. Hope that answers your question. I would definitely use it around my chicken coop to keep racoons and possum away.
