    Just to let the youngsters know where to come, mother feeds the young one.

    Nice pix Kildale. Junior knows who has the meal. There are a 8 or 10 downey youngsters here following their parents on one feeder and hairy woodpeckers using the other feeder. In between visits the nuthatch nesting above my head feeds her young. She chased the male away to find his own food to feed the hatchlings while she uses the suit feeder, smart lady.
